You start with 5 credits and no card is needed. A credit is one tailored resume or one cover letter. Building your profile from a PDF, the change notes on every resume and the job tracker are free to use.

Pro ($24.99 a month) if you apply yourself: a tailored resume and cover letter for every job, and autofill on application forms. Auto-apply ($49.99) if you'd like SnugCV to find jobs and send applications for you, 100 a month. Auto-apply Max ($99.99) is the same with 300 applications a month. Every plan includes everything in Pro.

Every plan includes 125 tailored resumes and cover letters you make yourself in each billing period, which is more than four a day. Past that, each one uses a credit if you have any. With none left, tailoring pauses until your next billing period starts, and SnugCV tells you the date. Resumes written for auto-apply applications don't count toward the 125.

Each tailored resume or cover letter you make on the free plan uses one credit. On a paid plan, credits are used only past fair use. If a generation fails, its credit comes back. Credits never pay for auto-apply applications.

One-off packs for when you'd rather not subscribe: 10 credits for $9 or 100 for $49. They never expire and don't renew. Credits you buy while on a plan wait unused until you pass fair use, and they stay yours if you cancel.

Auto-apply sends up to 100 applications in each billing period, and Auto-apply Max up to 300. SnugCV tailors a resume for each one and sends it only after you approve it. An application counts when SnugCV confirms it was sent, or when you mark it as applied after SnugCV filled in the form. You can have as many tailored and waiting at once as you have left in the period. The allowance starts again with each billing period; what's unused doesn't carry over.

Removing a match costs nothing. Once SnugCV has started tailoring an application, you can still remove it: up to 20 of those a billing period are free on Auto-apply and 60 on Auto-apply Max (20% of the allowance). Each one past that counts as one application.

Upgrade from Auto-apply to Auto-apply Max at any time, from this page or Settings. Auto-apply Max starts that day with a new billing period and its full 300 applications. The unused part of Auto-apply is credited, and you pay the difference at once. Otherwise your allowance starts again when the next period begins.

It sends applications on company job boards run on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR, Paylocity and Workday, and fills SmartRecruiters forms for you to send. Where the employer's site needs an account, as on Workday, you sign in there yourself. It works in your own Chrome browser with the free SnugCV extension, and you approve every application before it's sent.

Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. An account has one plan at a time. Any taxes the law requires are added at checkout, and the price is shown before you pay.

Yes, from this page or from Settings. An upgrade starts the day you make it, with a new billing period. The unused part of your old plan is credited, and Stripe shows what you pay before you confirm. A cheaper plan starts when your current billing period ends. You keep your current plan until then, and nothing is charged now. You can call off a change that is waiting from Settings.

Cancel from Settings at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If a move to a cheaper plan is waiting, keep your current plan first, then cancel.

Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, you can get a full refund if you have used less than 10% of what the plan includes. Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of buying it. Otherwise payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Email support@snugcv.com to ask.

Yes. Every account has a personal invite link. A friend who signs up through it starts with 5 extra credits, and you get 5 once they finish their first tailored resume. You can earn up to 10 invite rewards in any 30 days.

Yes, it is free to install. Tailoring in the extension uses the same credits and fair use as the web app. Autofill comes with every paid plan, and auto-apply with the auto-apply plans.

Yes. Approved affiliates earn 30% of what the people they refer pay for 12 months, and those people start with extra free credits. The details are on the Affiliates page.
