How does tracking work?

Your link sets a cookie in the visitor's browser for 60 days. If they create an account in that window, the account is attributed to you, and every payment on it counts toward your commission.

Which payments earn a commission?

All of them, at the same 30%: Pro at $24.99 a month, Auto-apply at $49.99, Auto-apply Max at $99.99, and credit packs at $9 or $49. Every payment in the first 12 months after they sign up counts. Commissions are worked out on what they pay before sales tax.

What do the people I refer get?

Anyone who creates an account through your link starts with 10 free tailored resumes instead of 5. The extra ones are added automatically; there is no code to enter.

When is a commission confirmed?

A commission is pending when the payment goes through and confirmed 30 days later, once the refund window has closed. Confirmed commissions are included in the next monthly payout.

What happens with refunds and cancellations?

A refunded payment cancels its commission. A cancelled subscription simply stops earning: you keep what was already confirmed.

Can I refer myself or my own business?

No. Self-referrals, referring accounts you control, and coupon-style redirects are removed and may end the partnership.

Can I run paid ads?

You can run ads for your own content. Bidding on the SnugCV name, misspellings, or the snugcv.com domain in paid search is not allowed, and neither are ads that present you as SnugCV itself.

Are there tax forms?

Before your first payout we collect a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US). SnugCV is a Texas sole proprietorship; you are responsible for taxes on what you earn.

How are payouts sent?

Once your confirmed balance reaches $50 it is paid monthly by PayPal or bank transfer. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.

Can the terms change?

Yes, with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply retroactively to commissions already confirmed.
